As Watermark, we embarked on our journey in 2012, two young professionals driven by a vision to establish a
socially conscious enterprise. At the tender ages of 24 and 19, our co-founders, Jakaria Mohammad Palash and
Miftah Uddin, began the transformation with a communication agency called Watermark MCL. Within just four
years, our dedication and commitment led us to become one of the leading Public Relations companies in our
country. However, our aspirations reached beyond business success alone. We set out to create a meaningful
impact on society through our ventures.
By our fifth year, we diversified into various sectors while staying true to our core values of social
entrepreneurship. Expanding into Food Manufacturing & Distribution, Agro & Aggrotech, Livestock &
Microfinancing, and establishing two separate E-commerce networks, we laid the foundation for a
comprehensive product and technology-based ecosystem.
Today, Watermark Group stands tall with four companies, four brands, and a non-profit organization,
fostering a family of over 200 direct team members and engaging with more than 10,000 support partners.
Though our primary focus remains on the Northern area of Bangladesh, we have extended our influence to other
countries, albeit with limited service availability.
At our heart, we are passionately committed to empowering women, redeeming poverty, promoting social and
educational development, and pioneering Agritech and Tech-based livestock solutions.
To ensure our cause resonates deeply, we've harnessed the power of creativity and marketing through our
